These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the MatchCall mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms.

Acceptance

By creating an account or using any part of the Service you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Use of the App

MatchCall is a free-to-play football prediction game. You may use it for personal, non-commercial entertainment only. You agree not to:

• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to submit predictions or manipulate leaderboards.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app or its backend services.
• Use the Service in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes the rights of others.
• Create more than one account for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage.

Predictions and Scoring

MatchCall is a game of skill and opinion — not gambling. No real money is wagered and no cash prizes are awarded. Points are virtual and have no monetary value.

Predictions must be submitted before the kickoff time displayed in the app. Late submissions are not accepted. Scores and point totals are calculated automatically based on official match results and are final.

Rex, our AI football pundit, participates in every room as a reference player. Rex's predictions are generated once per match and are not influenced by other players' picks.

Intellectual Property

All content in MatchCall — including the app design, graphics, Rex character, scoring logic, and copy — is the property of MatchCall and its licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Team names, badges, and competition marks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that match results, scores, or statistics displayed in the app are error-free or real-time accurate. Do not rely on MatchCall for any purpose other than entertainment.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MatchCall and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or points due to technical errors.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is based, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
